Sunday Semi Private Journey

    Join me for a transformational, regenerative, or hybrid journey, 3 times a day on Sundays. In person, or virtually, I will be taking groups of 4 through a breathwork journey in order to unlock, excavate, imprint and reset your nervous system.

    This is a cold plunge, self warm up with guided movement and breath journey.

I am available for 60-minute in-person or Zoom sessions, as well as workshops and group journeys.

Each session will last around 90 minutes with pre and post conversation.

NOTE: All packages will be paid in full. We can then coordinate day and time for each session. If a session is missed after being scheduled there will be no refund.

NOTE: I also work on a sliding scale in the event that you cannot
afford to pay the regular rate. A session would then cost $111.
