As a breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, and mental-health–focused practitioner, I specialize in teaching evidence-based nervous system regulation skills that support emotional awareness, behavioral stability, and more effective communication. My approach serves a diverse range of individuals, from children and adolescents developing foundational self-regulation and emotional literacy, to adults navigating stress, trauma, and daily life demands, to high-performance professionals and athletes seeking increased focus, resilience, and peak cognitive and physical performance. Through trauma-informed breathwork, somatic practices, and practical psychoeducation, clients are equipped with tools that create lasting, measurable shifts in emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Breathwork sessions, whether conducted one-on-one or in a group setting, offer individuals an opportunity to explore and enhance their connection with their breath.

During these sessions, participants are guided through various breathing techniques aimed at promoting relaxation, stress reduction, trauma release and an overall sense of well-being. In a one-on-one session, individuals can receive personalized attention and tailored guidance to address specific needs or goals. Group sessions, on the other hand, provide a communal atmosphere where participants can benefit from a shared energy and sense of unity. Both formats offer a supportive environment for individuals to delve into the transformative power of conscious breathing, fostering a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.

Group Sessions $111/person to $222/person
Sessions are in-person or virtual (especially if you have a sacred space where you like to meditate, breathe or just get away to) and last anywhere from 75 to 90 minutes.
